Great for an overnight stay. Plenty of parking and maccas just across so easy breakfast before heading on the road again.

The room is relatively small, close to McDonald's but the room is quite clean. I passed by a budget hotel and stayed there for one night. It is surrounded by a lake. I will go to Port Stephens for a day trip the next day and continue to Brisbane.

Staff were very welcoming and polite on arrival , no lifts to room only stairs , but remember this is a budget hotel so don't expect fancy . Everything you need was avail , microwave downstairs and TV, beds , bathroom , chair and table , TV, kettle , coffee tea etc all there in a compact room . Room was clean however dusty under the beds , window was fitted with a blind and opened if req , heating ac was good . Room represents excellent value for money and was tasteful but minimal too .

Clean and comfortable. WIFI barely functional. Bizarre bathroom arrangement where a shower floods the whole room - fortunate that the toilet was clean.

Perfect for overnight or short stay. Clean, new, fresh feel to the room. Basic fitout but that is all that is needed. Close to food outlets with option to microwave in a common dining area.
