It is close to Penguin Island, so I chose this place. The price/performance ratio of hotels in Melbourne is really average. The breakfast is sloppy. This hotel is very small. It is OK for convenience.

Room was dirty and smaller than expected, with a lot of dust (on floor, bed’s corners, table) triggering my allergies. The clock on the table was not working. Although they forgot to provide new towels during cleaning, a late-night call got them to bring towels within 5 minutes. The only positive is the lower price compared to other hotels in the location.

Checked out at 7:15 am and there was no one at the front desk. Fortunately, I didn't order breakfast.
The refrigerator door in the room could not be closed. I contacted the front desk and asked them to change the refrigerator or change rooms the next day. As a result, nothing was changed. Window air conditioner is very loud.
The bath towel was torn, there were no hand towels, there were only 2 mouthwash cups, and there were no cups for drinking water.
There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The only advantage is that it’s cheap, so the room was fully booked every day during my two-day stay.

Good room for two days. Minor problems but I reported it and they say they will take care of it. No problems with the room. Parking available for the car. Good location to start in the morning to go to Phillip island
