The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful. Clean and well managed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Very close proximity to Montage Mountain Resort too! Restaurants and shopping nearby. Ten out of ten.

Kelly at the front desk was very helpful and offered to change my room to handicap accessible. Check-in was seamless. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the full vanity. Parking was easy. Breakfast was predictable though quite good. The hotel was a bit further from downtown Scranton than I would have liked, though it was not a problem. I would happily stay again.
