This is wonderful place to stay if you visit Mora. It is a charming locally-owned little hotel with great food and friendly service. I would book here again.

When I mistakenly booked two nights at the HEIM, I was jet-lagged and overtired; we had only intended to to stay one night. When we checked in and explained the situation, the young woman in charge refused to change the reservation. We contacted *******, who told us not to pay while they tried to sort things out. When we had dinner in the restaurant we were treated rudely, with the staff serving other patrons who had arrived after us before they finally fed us after 1 1/2 hours. When we checked out we offered to pay for 1/2 of the second night, which we thought quite generous but were refused. I would not recommend this hotel or its restaurant to anyone, despite the lack of options in Mora.

Rent och fint, sköna sängar.
Bra frukostutbud.
Ingen middag i restaurangen på söndagkvällen, kock saknades.
Middag på måndagkväll hade väldigt litet utbud då kock fortfarande saknades så den hoppade vi över.

Ett liten och intimt hotell med ny ledning som är mycket serviceminded. Perfekt placerat nära både tågstation (Mora Strand) och sevärdheter. En mycket bra restaurang finns också på hotellet.

Vi trivdes bra på hotellet som låg väldigt nära centrum. Dock är extremt dålig ventilation på rummet och sjukt varmt även om det inte var så varmt ute. Frukosten hade vi nog önskat lite mer framförallt färskt/nybakat bröd.
