Ogromna piekna przestrzen, komfortowe pokoje, swietny basen i spa. Dobra kuchnia. Plywajacy dom jest zdecydowanie atrakcja. Wszystko urzadzone tak zeby nic nie bylo problemem zeby o nic nie trzeba bylo sie martwic a to dla mnie wazne podczas odpoczynku. Warto odwiedzic i poczuc ten luz i doswiadczyc rewelacyjnego podejscia do Klienta. Dziekuje

Advantages: 25m pool Private beach with beach bar Surroundings Good choice of cold dishes for the breakfast Things to improve: WiFi available only sometimes. Number of sockets to plug in chargers not sufficient Access to bed difficult Roof windows - it was not possible to have a look on the trees outside. For me it is not acceptable in 5* hotel. Window mosquito net very difficult to pull Price for tennis court definitely exaggerated

Spotkało nas niestety rozczarowanie. Hotel promuje się jako resort spa, na instagramie same gwiazdy, tymczasem miałam wrażenie że hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą. Samo położenie było w porządku chociaż patrząc na zdjęcia można odnieść wrażenie, że hotel znajduje się bezpośrednio nad jeziorem… aby dostać się do prywatnej płazy nad jeziorem goście mają do dyspozycji spalinowego meleksa (bardzo wątpliwa przyjemność chyba ze ktoś lubi powiew świeżych spalin) albo Ok 15 min wycieczkę. Młodziutka i baaardzo niedoświadczona chociaż miła obsługa. A sam hotel No cóż… niedziałające gniazdko, popsuta roleta i na koniec zagrzybiałe fugi w łazience i farba odchodząca z kaloryfera… Wystrój i charakter hotelu a raczej jego brak to kwestia gustu. Kolejny minus to hałas w hotelu-biegające i krzyczące dzieci, odgłosy tv i rozmów z pokoju obok. Ciszy nie zaznaliśmy. Duży i chyba jedyny plus to kuchnia: pyszne dania, kompozycje smaków. To niestety jednak dla mnie za mało.. a szkoda. Wyjechałam z ulgą i rozczarowaniem.

Jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem wszystkich atrakcji w hotelu: jedzenia, obsługi na najwyższym poziomie oraz samego hotelu. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani na 100 %. Jedzenie najlepsze jakie jadłam w hotelu, zarówno śniadania jak i Dania restauracyjne.

It's beatiful place, where you can relax and rest. Very testy local food. Green area with acces to the lake beach. Tou can reserve a cruise by the boat. They have a lot of animals: cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, goats. The staff is nice and caring.

My wife, two children, mother in law and additional family with child spent a lovely 3 days in this hotel. We stayed at the Dom Mazury or private house which was quaint. The food was very tasty, staff was always smiling and attentive. We had some amazing massages, a nice house boat lake experience, and it was great having a fire pit where we got to roast traditional Polish sausages in front of our house. The sauna and pool were also very nice. The beach set up is nice along with the cafe bar. Would highly recommend the resort if one is keen on nature, and wanting a slower place.

Wszystko na piątke obsługa jedzenie czystość ogólnie rewelacja Super klimat w ciszy i spokoju kameralnie. Polecam i na chillout i na prace w mazurskim klimacie. Wrócimy tam jeszcze w tym roku odpocząć od miasta

Absolutely beautiful place with wonderful surroundings. We were there just for the weekend but this place has so much to offer. You can go for lunch at the beach, relax in the spa and at the pool. Take a bike or go for a walk and enjoy the nature. At the evening delicious dinner is served and you can enjoy your meal when live music is played. The staff is very kind and helpful. You can really feel well taken care of.
