No sé si es porque aceptan mascotas, que huelen a mugre las habitaciones y hasta cucarachas había. A diario teníamos que llamar para pedir toallas porque ni para sec**** las manos dejaban y que además estaban deshilachadas y percudidas. También diariamente teníamos que pasar primero a recepción para activar la tarjeta para poder entrar a la habitación. Un día dejaron mal cerrada la habitación la persona que hace la limpieza. A pesar de que hacía frío, la habitación se sentía sofocante. En una parte del estacionamiento colocan la basura y huele muy mal.

El hotel y la habitación está bien, pero el trato de la Sra de la recepción es fatal, es una lástima que tengan personas tan prepotente y sin el más mínimo sentido del servicio. Solo por ella no pienso volver nunca más si no le gusta atender o quiere robar el monto de una reservacion no debería estar trabajando para el turismo, hecha a perder la grata experiencia que es la hermosa Morelia

En primer lugar la recepcionista a quien le dice. "Chele" trata de manera déspota y grosera a los huéspedes y hace sentir ignorantes a quienes visitamos como turistas la Ciudad de Morelia. Las habitaciones no se parecen en nada a las fotos promocionales, poco aseadas, con camas muy incómodas, con presencia de cucarachas y se escucha todo el ruido de las demás habitaciones TODO. El hotel no está nada cerca del Centro Histórico como te lo hacen creer, está en una zona muy sola y poco iluminada, pésima experiencia mi estancia en este hotel y pésimo servicio para el costo de la habitación.

Todo muy bien como siempre, ya que siempre que voy a Morelia, es el hotel que elijo para alojarme. El único inconveniente de ahora fue que uno de los muebles que había en la habitación estaba en mal estado. Pero no fue a mayores, pues no era de primera necesidad.

Rooms being renovated, not all renovated, not clean, had various little roaches in restroom. Sheets on bed did not fit had exposed mattress. Rooms had a smell not pleasant.

Faltaba una puerta en la regadera y solo había 1 bote de basura en el cuarto y era el del baño. Las llaves se desactivaban a cada rato. Buena ubicación para ir a Santuario de Guadalupe y Cañafest. Gente del aseo muy amable.
Buffet excelente. Gente de recepción podría ser más amable.
