The locations is stoning and the view is a breath taking. The location next to the mall and next to the American Rrstaurants is super convenient.
The food at the facility is OK, less than I expected for the looks and the location, the menu could be INPROVED big time.
The only problem I encounter is the water pressure is very poor and the sinks located withing the room and next to the beds is NOT A VERY GOOD SEEN.
Again the facility is well worth the stay and the convenience of the H&M, Starbucks, Dominos etc is excellent.
I oh and it has central heating system with A/C and heater, thermostat very new and easy to use.
The policy of the stuff in regards the hygiene in regards COVID-19 is exactly as it should be, and the stuff are thought and they stick to the rules.
I would recommend it and I would stay at Fiesta Inn again is for sure.

Me gusto que todo funciono muy bien.
Excepto que estuve 3 dias y la recamara ni repuso el cafe de la cafetera ni recogió las tazas sucias.

Puntos buenos.
Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la vista, el servicio esta muy bien, el estacionamiento está incluido y es justo frente al hotel, la comida esta rica.
La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, por ejemplo tuve que cambiar una almohada que estaba Super sucia, un pelo gigante sobre la tapa del retrete que hacen que desconfíes de la limpieza.
Por último siempre me habían incluido el desayuno y ahora lo cobraron y no es nada económico 300 pesos costo mismo que me cobraron al terminar de desayunar. Lo cual el ahorro de haber obtenido por reservar por esta plataforma se perdió en el desayuno.
En general me vilveria a hospedar aquí.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero en relación precio calidad no empata, las habitaciones son súper pequeñas y la limpieza deja mucho que desear (encontramos un pelo en la regadera). El servicio bueno, pero en nuestro caso como familia no es la mejor habitación

Las habitaciones tienen un diseño rarísimo,la regadera separada del sanitario y el lavabo enfrente de la cama,la habitación minúscula,te cobran el estacionamiento, lejísimos del centro histórico, aproximadamente 20mln sin tránsito,desyuno bufé costoso para lo que es.
