People were very friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and good and the room clean. We liked the artistic vibe of the place. Comfort of the bed and bath, ok. We’d stay there again. Our stay was enhanced by the close location of friends and tourist friendly areas.

Excelente trato del personal, todos son súper amables. La habitación muy confortable y limpia, con desayuno incluido, el cual es bastante consistente y de buen sazón. El único "pero" es que, en las noches se escucha el ruido de la calle, pero lo han resuelto perfecto, pues te dejan sobre el buró taponcitos para los oídos. Es la primera vez que me hospedo aquí y sin duda regresaré.

The property is clean is and home converted into a hotel and definitely is a 1 Star hotel, there are many other hotels in downtown Morelia 3 or 4 stars that you can get for similar price as portico, the breakfast is very poor and limited to two eggs with coffee the hotel is outside Morelia main square there is much better options in Morelia for the money you paid

Buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Algo ruidoso por el tráfico afuera del hotel. El desayuno incluido deja mucho que desear pero satisface. Si pueden encontrar una habitación en oferta o promoción, creo que vale mucho la pena.

Las camas y almohadas son muy comodas, nuestra habitación estaba bien iluminada y limpia. Tiene un mini bar por si se te antoja algo en la noche y cafeterá con un kit para preparar café que fue una gran ayuda. Todo el personal Erandi, Carmen, Karina, Angie, Lulú, Rocío y Vhon fueron muy atentas y estuvieron al pendiente por si requeriamos algo.
