Excellent check-in process and staff, but during winter time should work on making the property cozy and install outdoor heaters and prepare the room with heating to enjoy the experience.

En mi estancia, el día que me bañe en la regadera, está no funcionaba y así salir estaba toda la habitación inundada, se mojaron mis pertenencias y mi bebé que gatea no pudo hacerlo, se tardaron horas en resolver el problema y ya me quede tan incomodo que ya no quise volver a bañarme por temor a que volviera a ocurrir.

El hotel siempre es bonito, pero en esta ocasión rentamos dos habitaciones y una de ellas estaba terrible. Parecía una bodega habilitada como cuarto. Fría pequeña, sin espacio para poner nada, sin ganchos, sin calefacción y pedí el cambio y lo que hicieron fue llevarme un calentador 😡, hasta el otro día nos cambiaron

Beautiful serene property with a great view of the city. The staff and food are wonderful. Take in a birds eye view of the city from the open patio terrace or pool. The spa is incredible also for a wonderful massage.
