Excelente ubicación como punto positivo. El personal un poco apático en su atención. Son 2 edificios del mismo hotel donde nada te asegura un lugar para estacionar vehiculo(el mio quedó una noche en la vía pública). Habitaciones un poco pequeñas. Llave de agua caliente suelta.Encontramos 1 cucaracha viva. Las toallas fueron dobladas mojadas y olian mal. Cumple su objetivo de hospedaje pero con algunas incomodidades.

En la recepción un servicio muy lento, no fue lo que yo pagué y la recepcionista pareciera que nos hizo un tremendo favor
Lo primero que ves en la habitación es un mensaje de la camarista pidiendo dinero por su trabajo, me parece de muy mal gusto.
Demasiado ruido en las habitaciones.
Nunca me dijeron donde estaba el estacionamiento y sí pregunté.

La propiedad y el personal son muy aceptables. Lo único malo fue la funcionalidad de la página de expedía, ya que al llegar mi reserva aparecía cancelada y no me llegó ningún aviso, gracias al personal y disposición para servir, pude tener alojamiento.

Muy mala experiencia , el hotel canceló nuestra reservación, el mismo día que empezaba nuestra estancia a las 12 pm recibimos un correo electrónico avisando que no podían recibirnos . De muy mal gusto que se cancelara de último momento , teníamos reservadas 5 habitaciones

La fachada y el patio central muy coquetos. Primer problema estacionarte, no hay lugar en frente y el estacionamiento muy pequeño está a más de dos cuadras. Muy poco personal al servicio. El cuarto en mala condiciones, pared con humedad, las camas muy malas con sábanas rotas. El baño con escalones para entrar, excesivamente pequeño. El sofá cama en pésimas condiciones y manchado. El desayuno es rescatable aunque muy poca gente atendiendo y muy lento. Lo bueno es su ubicación muy cerca del centro.
