desafortunadamente no siempre es la bienvenida que uno lo que espera sin embargo fueron mejorando las cosas con otras personas que atienden también el hotel. el recibimiento fue de caras largas situaciones que incomodan a uno como cliente esperas recibir con alegría como los otros hoteles con gusto que podemos estar en el lugar que ellos trabajan pero en este no fue así.
