I was in town for my mother's funeral and the staff was very kind and sympathetic. I was checked in by Kati and she was very patient with me and all of my concerns. Thank you so much for your tenderness. I am so there was no freshly baked cookies, but that is okay. The coffee was always fresh and the breakfast was great. I loved the little mini omelets, those were great! I would recommend this hotel for several reasons. One, it's located in a shopping plaza, which means there are SEVERAL restaurants and markets to walk too. Parking is free. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, it's right off the freeway, and like I said, the staff is very nice.

Nice clean hotel! Love that they gave us extra towels in advance. Breakfast was AMAZING! Good variety of food. Starbucks across the street was the deal breaker.

First impression was not good. There was someone smoking pot in the parking lot when we pulled in and the hotel has this funky smell to it. Also, the hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area w/ the highway right across. So it seems very desolate and uninviting at first. But when you get your room, it's pretty nice. We had a 2 bed room and the beds sheets/pillows were clean and there was enough room for both of us. I was expecting a dungy bathroom but it was nice as well. Good room for the shower and sink/toilet. Also very clean. Yes, there is some funky smells in the rooms that others have pointed out. I'm not sure where it comes from but you smell it and I guess we get use to it. It's not overbearing but a bit of an annoyance. Maybe it comes from the Air Conditioner. But best thing was proximity to the university. You don't need to take the highway from here to get to the university. Side streets and you'll be there in about 10 min time. Price was cheapest in the entire area of hotels. Booked thru Costco Travel. For a 1-3 day visit the hotel will suit your needs.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and again, it didn't disappoint. The room is very spacious and comfortable and very clean. We used the gym which was small but well equipped for the size. The complimentary breakfasts were THE BEST we've EVER had at any hotel. Absolutely fantastic every morning. The staff was very friendly. We will be back again!

I really like staying at this hotel. The only one downfall is the continental breakfast is expensive. Not worth it at all. The pool is really large enough for multiple families to enjoy. The rooms can be upgraded. But overall it's nice to stay with fam.

The hotel is a little further to the west in Redlands. The surroundings are very quiet, not far from Route 10. It only took me an hour or 15 minutes to drive to Santa Monica. It is really comfortable to sleep, that is, there are two bottles of water from staying to leaving! A bit stingy. To be honest, I do n’t like LA very much, there are a lot of things to eat, drink and play, just a little less nostalgia.
The hotel's value for money is still very high, compared to more than a thousand motels, I think it is still good

The hotel is very newly renovated. The room chosen is a disabled room with a large bed. It is only given to a room at the side door on the first floor. Many tourists smoke and go out. This side door is generally soundproof, so everyone can open the door. I heard that the overall facilities are very good. There are two nozzles. As shown in the picture, the room is also very large. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is too loud. The breakfast is relatively rich and much better than that of a fast hotel.

GGuest UserI had to cancel and the hotel did not accept any attempt to negotiate a cancellation fee. I was fully charged even though I did notify this with anticipation. On the other hand, they can and will cancel your reservation without even notifying you in advance. I know this because they did that to me before. Sadly, my experience was not positive.
AAnonymous UserThe company's warehouse is nearby. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room, and the breakfast is also very good! (Waffles made by myself) There are Macy's department store, Aldi supermarket and Mareno Valley Mall next to it, which is very good. But there is no hot water kettle, but many hotels in the United States do not have hot water kettles, only coffee machines.
LLisa HI would never choose this residence inn to spend my nights there. This was my first and hope was my last horrible experience with Marriott associated hotels. The moment that I walked into the residence inn, it started to go wrong every steps. When I checked in, I was placed in the first floor with my platinum status. It was not able to activate my mobile key. The front desk person was not able to access at that moment. She said that I had to ask my manager to active it for me. I went to the room and tried to turn on TV, there is no remote control. I went to the front desk to ask one. After that, I went to bathroom, there was not bathroom amenities were placed. I went to front desk again to ask for bar soap. I spot the floor had a hair tie and a green contact lens on the bathroom. Was the room vacuum and cleaned? I also found previous person left a big yellow package on the dining table bar stool. All pictures were attached. The refrigerator was excessively being damaged. I started to question; Was housekeeping cleaned this room? After I took a shower, there is no hair dryer. I called the front desk, the person told me I am sorry, I don’t have a hair dryer and housekeeping closed. I told her” You want me to sleep with my wet hair???” She was not sincere tried to resolve my issue. She said that I will ask my manger to change the room with everything equipped the next day since I spent two nights with them. I was giving a hope up and waiting for a room change. I went day shift front desk and asked her for a room change. She told me that all the rooms were not clean once the room was cleaned that we would notify you. I told her that I brought my suitcase in the front and just placed my luggage to the refresh new and clean room. When I came back in the afternoon, the different front desk staff told me that you are still at your old room which is first floor, all the rooms were booked. When I came back and attempted to use my mobile key and still not working. I was so upset and walked into my room and noticed nothing was cleaned and the hair dryer was still missing in my room. The front desk brought me a hair dryer. All the problems were continued to day 2. No staff were bothered to report all my issues to the supervisor or seriously addressed about my issues that I encountered. After I spoke to the supervisor that she did not know what’s reasons were to request for a room change. No staff was reported and mentioned to her. Even though the supervisor got one-night points back to my account. I really don’t care about the night points. I want to feel respect and feel comfortable and ease to where I stayed and not to worry so many things. This is so far below my expectations. Hope the staff got more training about attitudes towards customers and how to resolve issues in a timely manner. This is not Acceptable customer service!
LlaoniugengdiThis was my first time staying at this hotel since I was visiting the area for a friend's event. Parking is easy and right upfront - but there's also parking on the side of the hotel and in the back. The front lot can get packed though - since it's shared by the restaurants/businesses in the area, as well as a Residence Inn next door. I was cheerfully greeted upon entry by Brisas, who assisted me with check-in. She acknowledged my elite status with IHG, and was able to assist with my early check-in request. When I initially got to room #221 - I was happy to see I was upgraded to a King Suite with a sofa, but ran into some issues initially - the blackout curtain was down and immovable. When I lifted it to look at my view - I was greeted by the top of the hotel's porte-cochère, and an AC unit - so pretty much a ”view” of the hotel entryway's roof. I went back downstairs and asked Brisas if she had something on a higher floor. She was happy to accommodate - but shared that the 4th floor rooms were still being cleaned and I wouldn't be able to check-in early. I figured the tradeoff was fine, and I'd just work on my laptop in their lobby while waiting. I rarely have to ask to be moved, but was pleased with how prompt my request was accommodated. Kevan - (Brisas's wonderful colleague) picked up where Brisas left off as her shift ended before my new room was cleaned. Kevan was able to place me in room #425 - a King Standard room with a chaise lounge - perfectly placed by the large, picturesque window. I had a great panoramic view of the valley. The room was clean, crisp, and modern. There were plenty of outlets - both AC and USB ports - intuitively placed around the room. The workstation had a nice 3-stage lamp, which provided ample brightness when needed, as well as dim, ”mood” lighting. This particular room comes with a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig - not a Nespresso like the Intercontinentals, but a Keurig is still better than the drip coffeemakers a lot of other hotels in this category offers. Bed was super comfortable - not sure what other reviewers were complaining about when they said it was squeaky. My bed made no such noises. Thermostat works well and the A/C was able to get the room cool in no time - important, considering it was almost 100*F outside! There is a pantry stocked with snacks, drinks, ice cream by the front desk where you can buy treats you might have forgotten to pack. The prices are fair considering the convenience - there is also a 76 Food Mart within walking distance and a Winco behind the hotel - also walkable - only because I didn't want to lose my awesome, front-of-the-hotel parking spot. Complimentary breakfast served in the morning - decent selection of hot foods (eggs, sausage, potatoes), yogurt and toast. Fitness Center is 24/7 - and the pool is decent sized - but no one was using it because it was hot as heck outside. Overall, a great and enjoyable stay. What made it even more awesome were the front de
TTimuhaoThe overall quality is good. There are many entrances and exits in the hotel building. The doors are always closed, and guests need to swipe their cards to enter. The restaurant has a door to go out, and there are outdoor seats, so you can sit outside to smoke and drink coffee on a good day. The breakfast in the hotel is pretty good. The coffee is super delicious. It is placed in a thermos, and guests can drink it throughout the day. I can drink several cups every day. There is an omelet sandwiched with cheese and ham (it can be regarded as a kind of omelet), which is very acceptable to the Chinese stomach. It is very comfortable to bake a waffle or toast with coffee. There is also milk, yogurt, fruit, and hot water for making tea bags. I live on the first floor, and the windows can't be opened. I don't know if the windows can be opened on the second and third floors. The hot water for bathing is a bit small, which is a fly in the ointment.
PPEIAt the beginning of the wrong hotel, a small hotel next door, the black front desk was weird, and my heart was awkward. I found that I went back to this hotel after going wrong. I feel comfortable and comfortable. A breakfast is simple.
GGuest UserThe hotel in the Best Hotel has a very general condition. The facilities are old. There are no non-smoking rooms when you check in. The room on the side of the road is very noisy. Let's change it quietly. There is an older man at the front desk, like India. People, service attitude is really not good, directly said no, check did not check, after communication again, say dissatisfied you can find another home, and this hotel receives a $100 deposit, and is still waiting for a refund
Nice and clean rooms really friendly staff management goes over and beyond to make it a great stay. The young lady at the front desk was was always sweet and friendly. I just do not agree with they do not have security its not the best neighborhood but inside the hotel is Great
They are very accommodating and sweet it was a bit busy when I came to check in but they got me through with ease. I wouldn’t mind coming back to this place. The service was great the room was clean and up to my standards. I highly recommend this business.
