The STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING IS Why i rated this property highly. The Ladies that checked us into our room! Absolutely professional & customer service is on point! The cleaning staff! AMAZING LATIN WOMEN! However, the property could use a little renovation. But! Still good, ill stay there again.

Hotel was in disarray. Think owner is under water and selling. Wasn’t paying employees so there was no staff. The staff that stuck around was great!

The place was clean the issues we had was :
1. They had a $200 cash deposit required that i was not told about until late that night when i tried to check in. They had no atm there so we had to go back out late to get the cash.
2. When we checked in the lady was very rude about my children. Before i even had a chance to call down my child she threatened to kick us out. She didnt have to act the way she did. I will not be staying here again. I am a paying customer and deserve the same respect as any other person. Especially having my children at the hotel with me at Christmas. Very rude.

Liked the quaint feel. Bedding was good, Very convenient location. On the bad side: A/C was noisy, toilet was loose and no tissues were provided.
