Beautiful hotel with a SPA for private use. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Large room, very clean. Close to the lake and the center, highly recommended

Very nice room, spacious and bright in the “new” building housing the spa. Privatized spa ideal for using the pool, sauna and hammam and complete peace and quiet and without kids running and shouting 😊!!! Massage in the same space, the ultimate in relaxation 🙏 Succulent meal and attentive service 😋 Small Manor but great discovery, we will come back 👍

A customer and regular at this establishment for years, I only rent their superior rooms. I was amazed by my last stay at this establishment. The second evening, I reserved the same table as the day before at the restaurant. I was only allowed a small isolated table on the ground floor, despite my reservation being specified and confirmed in the reservations book. Back to the reception and facing the entrance to the toilets, with the only view of the passage of other customers going to and leaving the toilets. The next day at breakfast after making the remark, management gave me an 80 franc discount on my stay. The receptionist, after presenting me the invoice, did not think it was smarter to tell me that this type of problem could happen and that the customer should be able to bear it. I therefore preferred to make the decision to change hotels for my next stays in Morges.

The hostellerie is good but we started off badly since it took more than 15 minutes until they assisted me to check in. Another client and I were ringing the bell at the reception desk and no one came. In the end the other client had to go inside until she found someone and they called. They have rooms where reception and also outside the main building. A little complicated if you have any mobility problems. The cafeteria is on a mezzanine floor. My room in a first without elevator. The room was nice but nothing more. There was no one in the cafeteria if you needed anything. There are other better options in Morges. Furthermore, it is next to the road, so the landscape is not the most beautiful in the area either. Quite expensive: CHF 299.20 a single night with breakfast included.

Big disappoin**ent, after two very satisfactory visits in the spring (excellent cuisine and very good service) a very frustrating experience. Rude cuisine, poor presentation. We expressed our disappoin**ent and learned that the cook had changed. A first explanation which was not even accompanied by any gesture (despite a copious addition). We will not come back. One of my 3 worst experiences of the last 10 years…

The place is charming. The staff is a little distant. The tasting of the meal is normal without any big surprises, the quantities not very large. The duck canneloni is very good. The prices are relatively expensive. A little more originality in tastes would be welcome.

Being a regular customer of the hotel's restaurant and Spa, I am deeply shocked, outraged and angry! I find the behavior of the trainee receptionist UNADAMISSIBLE. In an insulting, contemptuous, dishonest, haughty and odious manner, he prevented me from coming to the hotel Spa for which I booked weeks in advance and drove an hour. And, all this for a parking story!!! In addition, the restaurant is much too expensive for the quality of the dishes. For example, chicken with mushroom sauce, without mushrooms. It’s making fun of customers, right?! Then, if you order a beer, the price on the menu is 6.- CHF, and we charge 8.50.- CHF, and as usual if you dare to say something, the waiters become dishonest. All of the above is not what you expect from a 4* hotel.
