The worst treatment received in 15 years of holiday in France. For an error (not the hotel, this should be said clearly) we presented ourselves as booking via trip.con but in fact there was no availability. The receptionist laughed at the phone with his colleague (director or others, I can't know) because he had to explain it to us assuming that I did not speak French discreetly but that is not the case, unfortunately for her. He indicated us another hotel that was not available by making us doing (at 20) more km, he didn't care about our situation in any way and at last we sleeped in the car. It was not his fault but it was unqualified, without gentleness, professionalism or simply human empathy. It is not her career and I hope you never realize in a foreign country (for you) that you have to call other hotels having already paid one , feeling ”no” and find a solution to spend the night while your companion is understandable You know only French and 3 , perhaps 4 words of English, I suppose and I think it might really be in difficulty. It was unfortunate , a moment of considerable stress after 400 km travel. I can't say anything about the hotel, of those who decided to use the reception I can only say, with the calm that I don't know where I am (the same calm that allowed me to remain friendly while obviously I missed A very bad episode that leaves the bitter in the mouth, more than hours spent with my companion in a car in a stop area. The mother of the fools is often pregnant, even the mother of the uncompetent unsuitable seems to be not suffering from infertility. My sincere congratulations and a greeting to all the operators in the sector who have nothing to deal with the lady/lady at the reception of the Baie de Morlaix hotel.
