Hôtel formidable paradisiaque avec 1le personnel accueillant dans son ensemble! Hôtel idéalement bien situé à proximité de toutes commodités! Buffet aux saveurs exotiques trés varié et savoureux!si vous souhaitez passer des vacances et ne rien faire vous avez tout sur place à lhôtel piscine à 2 pas de la mer diverses activités et animations...Là cerise sur le gâteau Hôtel d 1 propreté implacable! Perso j g eu la chance d avoir 1 chambre avec vue sur la mer! Le top!les chambres sont spacieuses avec 1 ǰolie terrasse fort agréable!je vous le recommande les yeux fermés!perso g passé d vacances de rêve et cet hôtel est ancré ds ma tété et mon cœur ❤️ et il me manque énormément tout comme la gwada!!!1 conseil ne passez pas à côté de cet hôtel FLEUR D ÉPÉE!c la détente assurée!le véritable paradis sur terre

De très bonne vacances, malgré le comportement inacceptable de Jacky au restaurant pas du tout aimable très désagréable avec les clients un soir il à décider qu'il n'y aurais pas de vin à table à volonté ni de glaces presque rien à manger surement parce que le midi il y a eu des communions là c'était le tapis rouge super repas don une super animation le midi que nous aurions aimé un soir, le personnel en à peur de ce Jacky il n'a rien à faire dans cette établissement. Mr Jacky directeur très réactif à nos remarques. Katia au magasin une perle, les femmes de ménages très gentille, au bar une équipe au top Acélia, Marie Anna, super gentille, Anselme beaucoup d'humour on à bien ri, Eric très gentille ne changer pas équipe au bar le top, animation moyen. Les chambres propre ainsi que l'hôtel.

Hôtel bien situé à moins de 15 mn de l’aéroport pôle Caraïbes et à 3 mn d’un supermarché Hôtel en phase de rénovation, rénovation qu’il faut accélérer car dans la salle de bain la douche en hauteur n’est pas adaptée et surtout dangereuse La boutique de vêtements dans l’hôtel est bien achalandée

L'hôtel est bien située, accueil agreable et personel serviable, bon je suis venu pendant le soucis de coupure deau ( indépendant de L'hôtel) donc pas de piscine et difficile pour se servir de la douche ou robinet.
Sinon effectivement il serait temps de songer a une petite renovation car le cadre est vraiment sympathique.

Surtout le dîner Buffet pas du tout de qualité je déconseille vivement pour prix
Petit déjeuner moyen le bacon si vous n’insistez pas vous aurez droit à plus (servis part le cuisinier) il faut insister

My stay at the Hotel Fleur D’épée was marvellous. The reception staff as well as the dining and cleaning staff were professional, courteous and polite. I made the right choice to sta at this hotel. I was ver pleased with the staff in general. I will return to Guadeloupe and I will stay again at the Hotel Fleur d’épée. Kudos to you all . Thank you
