Forse la stanza era un po' piccola ma facile da raggiungere e ci sono venuti incontro per aiutarci in tutti i modo visto che l'hotel non ha l'ascensore. Si sono scusati perchè l'hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione ed il terrazzo non era proprio bellissimo. Ci hanno consegnato assieme alle chiavi il telecomando per l'aria condizionata ed in stanza abbiamo trovato due bottiglie d'acqua minerale e due mele. Un grazie particolare alla signorina bionda della reception che ci ha persino fatto usare la sua tessera personale per un distributore automatico in strada.

I found it to be quite tiny for a hotel that bills itself as a wellness hotel. While it was clean and well-maintained, I would have appreciated a larger pool area to unwind in. The sauna area was adequate, but the fact that it was only open from 12-9 pm left me feeling a bit short-changed. If you're looking for a relaxing sauna session before bed, you won't be able to do so here. The room itself was okay, but it was also very small. If you're expecting a spacious and luxurious room, this is not the place for you. However, it was clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. Negative: Now let's move on to the negatives. First of all, in my room, there were no slippers or bathrobe, which I found strange for a wellness hotel. These are basic amenities that should be provided to guests, especially if you're paying a premium price for your stay. Similarly, I was surprised to find that there were no water bottles in the room. This is a standard item that is provided in every hotel, whether you're paying for the water or not. Instead, you have to go to a vending machine, which feels outdated and inconvenient. The bed and mattress were also a letdown. The mattress was incredibly hard, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. If you're someone who values a comfortable bed, you may want to look elsewhere. In the evening, there was only one person working at the bar, which meant that there were long waits for drinks. This was frustrating, especially after a long day of travel. We were dismayed to find our hotel was in the industrial area of town, right beside a noisy car wash. The receptionist was sweet but language was a bit of a barrier about how to find dinner somewhere- turns out it can be delivered. The room was huge, clean, lovely bedding and windows could open, and it was a perfect bathroom for a person in a wheelchair. However, the ramp to get up the 6 or so stairs into the hotel was dangerously steep, with no side rails and almost impossible to push the chair up. We had to get 2 men to help us ( 3 men altogether) to get the chair back down safely and dare not leave the room to go out to dinner as we would have had to repeat the performance. The problem could be totally fixed by installing a museum- style lift in the lobby area.
