Rooms are not sufficiently clean and require some renovation. Not at standard expected for Hilton / for the price. Staff friendly but some could not assist with basic requests. Lobby area very nice and sociable. Great morning coffee shop.

Came for the Chiller Expo event-ended up not staying there as the buffet breakfast was very bad and I’m sure had I known I would have gone elsewhere for the money I wasted on undercooked eggs and overcooked potatoes . Hotels with less stars serve better meals that are included. The event itself was good-just the food area was awful, with no lunch unless you went to the high priced restaurant or off property,

We hosted a large event at the Hilton Parsippany of about 700 people. There was plenty of gathering space and hotel rooms to accommodate a group of our size. The facility was lovely, and had lots of additional space in the lobby for being to gather in smaller groups to work or chat. The rooms were beautiful, but many of our rooms had maintenance issues from doors not locking to leaking toilets to showers that wouldn't drain. All of the staff were amazing, working hard to make sure our event was a success. The staff did everything they could at all hours to deal with every issue that came up, not resting until we were taken care of. Also, all of the food was also amazing - our guests raved at every meal we had. There were a few things that weren't great. The women's bathrooms were a little run down with most of the sinks not working. We had significant power and internet issues in the main ballroom, and WIFI was poor, even when purchasing premium. Also, the booking staff didn't notify us that when booking in smaller blocks the cardholder had to be present for the entire group to check in. This caused significant problems for the front desk staff as well as my registration staff. Overall, I think that many of these issues can be addressed if we use the Hilton again in the future. I would definitely work with them again as the majority of our guests had a wonderful time.

Recently had a week long function with 100 attendees at the Parsippany Hilton! The service and amenities were top notch - very attentive and hands-on! Our team enjoyed their stay and proximity to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a family gathering nearby. Hotel was good. Everything was normal , We reserved a few rooms we requested to be next to each other which the front desk helped us with it - thanks Ashley. I was surprised by the gym and restaurant condition and I mentioned my concern at the front desk , even though they explain to me that it’s under renovation right now, and it should be back in a couple of weeks, and after we checked out I was very happy to received an email from Mohamed explaining the whole entire situation and making sure that I received a proper explanation about any concern that I had .thank you for that , Staff members been great , we we definitely will be staying again for our next visit .

We reached out to the hotel to plan a large scale event this month. Even though we only had a couple of months to plan, working the the staff at the Parsippany Hilton was excellent. I just want to hold up Nelsy and Ivette for making this an amazing event. They not only made themselves available even after hours, but they bent over backwards to make sure to help us in anyway needed. I also love all upgrades done to the hotel. I would definitely recommend planning your next event at the Parsippany Hilton.

Very nice stay, Smiley people, Staff were friendly and accommodating!! Rest very well and clean room good restaurants and bar, Good Pool close to NYC , 45 min drive - little renovation needed ,but overall nice stay .I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back
