The toilet was loose and wobbly, there was mold growing out of the plug receptacle and walls adjoining the shower.

I'm very dissatisfied with *******. If I would have not gone to a 3rd party like ******* and gone directly to the hotel, I would have saved for a 4 night stay over $100. ******* charged me $707 and Holiday Inn Express would only $593.51 (I've got a receipt to prove my case). You just lost a customer with your hidden fees. You're not in the business to help the customer save; ******* is in the business to rip off the customer.

We stay at the hotel a few times a year. This time the room had a box fan going when we arrived. It was a little smelly when we went to bed. I wish you used more synthetic pillows and blankets, we have allergies to feathers. Breakfast both days had items unavailable, second day there's no coffee. The person upfront was friendly.
