The staff and their services offered are truly amazing. Very supportive even when notified the hotel was overbooked when we arrived in the scheduled time. We are well located to another hotel with helpful instructions and arrangements. We got upgraded to a better room and appreciate for the hotel support.

Dirty room found someone’s gold name necklace in room , dirty sock and dead bug . Shower was filthy , pool out of order and wasn’t told until we tried to go in . All employees were eating up breakfast .

Do you think a guest should subjected to a barking dog on their Hotel floor after along day ?Limited TV stations with no major network coverage. Would never stay here again.

Hotel staff are very nice and super helpful! Room and general areas are clean. Breakfast is okay, nothing fancy, you won’t be hungry, but would be nice to improve variety of food. There is no veggies for breakfast, but you can get fruits.

Yes, it was a clean and safe environment. It waa my first stay, but it will not be my last. One of the better indoor pools that I've been in asxfar as temp and cleanliness. Staff was very customer friendly and helpful. Especially, the host Adrian.

They gave us the wrong room type when we got there. It was late, and an unnecessarily long process to get into the correct room at 10pm. Then the pull out couch did not have the bedding, which required another trip to lobby. The room needs refreshing, with sticky stains throughout the carpet. The “free”breakfast was the worst I’ve had at a hotel in recent years. The front desk staff never spoke to us, after staying 4 nights, aside from our arrival night. Even when I tried to check out, it seemed to be a bother to them. I will make many more trips to Raleigh, but I will never stay here again.

Great location. 10 mins from RDU airport. Pool is excellent, included breakfast is great. Lots of choices except no milk. Only juices, water and coffee. Room was clean and a good size. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the noise from the outdoor seating area off the main lobby. Lots of noise, people talking, yelling, music playing till late at night.
