They double charged my credit card. When I checked with the desk at checkout they said they could not see the charge and I should take it up with my cc company. Stayed two nights. The walls were so thin I could hear the guy in the next room snoring so loudly it sounded like he was in our room. Both rooms on either side had babies crying well into 2am. Room was clean, but no maid service unless you went down to the desk each day and asked for it. My kids swam but said the sides of the pool had some type of build up on the sides and some one had carved profanity into the build up. No plans to return to this property, ever.

Upon coming to the hotel I was greeted by Steven. He was super informative and friendly. Later I realized I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. I was desperate and he was more than willing to help me. He was always more than happy to help. I also left my earbuds in my hotel room, and he left me a message and an email so I could recover them. I said I could come again next month and it would probably be too much of a hassle to keep them. Steven again went above and beyond and said they'd be waiting for me. Obviously no one should be needy as I was, but he handled it in stride. The hotel was clean, and the bed was so soft. The gym was spacious and welcoming.

Ciara and the other front desk staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large and clean. We stay there often and enjoy each visit.

Clean, warm pool, spacious rooms Rates comparable to other chains. We stayed at the holiday inn the night before and this was much cleaner, more up to date, plus warm pool and free breakfast (you have to pay at HI unless you’re a member) Overall a better choice if you’re staying in this area.

Not Hilton standard. Room needs several repairs, cleaning needs addressed, noisy, bed was not comfortable, pillows very old, no comforter, no paper towels and all silverware were dirty. Door to get in was a herculean task, was so hard to open and only opened partially. Will not be staying here again.
