you weren't able to use the elevators at night and in my room, it had a mil due smell in the bathroom and my refrigerator.

After I checked out, I seen a charge for $48.96 on my credit card. After calling the front desk, I found out that I was charged $31.99 for WIFI. And to make matters worse, they charged me a $15 late fee for not paying for the WIFI on time. I was never informed that I was being charged this insane fee for WIFI to begin with let alone being charged a late fee for it. This Extended Stay will steal and rob you for every penny they can. Take a look at the Fee sheet that they give you at check-in (Photo Attached). As for the room, it wasn't very clean. The dresser drawers would not stay closed. The TV was setting on the dresser that was very low and you could not watch TV while lying in the bed. The bathroom door would not stay closed because it would not latch. I personally will never stay at this Extended Stay again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not stay here especially with kids. I can't believe how terrible my experience was. Words can't do justice

Not worth staying at unless you are with a crew who don’t mind a sun standard hotel that doesn’t give you the amenities you booked and don’t really care.

A good place to stay near RDU Airport.

Front desk employee was friendly & check-in was fast. Fridge & AC were cold. Cable TV worked great. Area & parking lot were a little sketchy. Ppl smoking **** in cars & playing loud music. Typical sketchy Airport vibes

The hours are till 10pm. Had to call someone to come let us check in. Gave us room key didn’t work. Had to call line again for them to call someone back to the lobby to let us in. After the third time she had to come let us in.

Made res. On road at 1 pm. Arrived at 1:15am. Lobby locked and had to use phone to get attendant. Michelle called 2 times before Simone answered. Waited for 15-20 minutes and called again. Finally someone came. Did not state that there no “extend hours for check in.” Very unsafe standing in dimly lite area for a long time at then 2 am before able to get cars for room! State on website clearly!

Just stayed 1 night. Very close to airport. Room had a nice kitchenette and was clean. Bed was comfortable.
