Morro bay is an underestimated town. We like it very much. The hotel is in a good location, right on the beach. Check-in and check-out are very fast.

No smart TV, beds are very hard and firm, and the pillows are horrible. Everything else was excellent! For the price you can’t beat it!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Blue Sail Inn. The rooms are relatively large, and everything was clean. The location is centrally located in Morro Bay, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the bay itself. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the mattresses could have been more comfortable.

Staff were super helpful and in fact when I needed to make a private phone call they gave me a room to do so for a full hour! My kids were asleep so super nice of them. No wait for check in (gave me early check in) and easy check out. Amazing area and this location is far enough to avoid noise but only a block from the main drag.

Perfect for us. Could walk easily to everything on the Embarcadero. View of Morro Rock and water was as described and worth it. Room was clean.We liked the privacy of no one coming in the room once you checked in. If we needed something, we just had to ask for it. Spacious room with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Our room (Ocean view) had a wonderful view of the Morro rock. The room is a little bit dated but clean. Very convenient location. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, large comfortable rooms, fantastic view of Morro Rock and the Embarcadero. Lots of restaurants close by and very friendly staff. We will be back again.

Always a good stay at Blue Sail. The take away breakfast bag is ok, but there’s a nice restaurant next door if you want the full breakfast. Good location. Quiet.
