He pasado 3 días recientemente en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido lamentable. Las instalaciones y mobiliario son del siglo pasado y en estado muy deteriorado. La comida es pésima, calidad muy mala, poca variedad y no entiendo como un 4 estrellas puede tener este nivel. Las bebidas del todo incluido muy malas. Lo único positivo del establecimiento es la amabilidad de su personal.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Wenige Meter zum Strand und zur Promenade. Zimmer und Anlage sind sehr sauber. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch achtet das Hotel auf Nachhaltigkeit. Buffet hat reichlich Auswahl und ich denke es findet jeder etwas zum Essen.

Somos repetitivos pero esta vez nos ha decepcionado, a cambiado a peor, Animación excelente, comida muy repetitiva y además de poca calidad, limpieza en la habitación mala, inmobiliario viejo, zonas comunes muy limpias, Nuestro mayor agradecimiento a parte del personal de comedor y restauración personalmente a Sidi y a Vanessa que son unos encantos de personas

Complejo tranquilo muy completo y con buena ubicación. Personal muy amable y atento especialmente la recepcionista Mandy. Nos dieron habitación desde antes de la hora de entrada pudiendo disfrutar del complejo y sus ventajas desde ese momento.

Während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel wurden wir von einem bemerkenswert freundlichen und professionellen Team betreut. Angefangen von der herzlichen Begrüßung an der Rezeption bis hin zum Service im Restaurant, haben wir uns stets wie geschätzte Gäste gefühlt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst zuvorkommend und stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung und waren stets darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Im Restaurant wurden wir mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und der Service war einfach ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war aufmerksam und hat sich um all unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert, ohne dabei aufdringlich. Insgesamt hat das Team des Hotels einen hervorragenden Job gemacht und unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir sind dankbar für ihre Gastfreundschaft und können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Gute Lage! Essen mäßig. Speisesaal laut und ungemütlich. Zimmer einfach eingerichtet, aber ausreichend, Meerblick gegen Aufpreis an der Rezeption, allerdings mit wochenlangen Verhandlungen. Seltsames System bei der Zimmerreinigung ( 1 Premiumdrink bei Nichtnutzung des Zimmerservice, nicht rückwirkend erhältlich, Anmeldung für Zimmerservice muss schon am Vorabend erfolgen), Reinigung oberflächlich. Pooltücher kosten 5€, Tausch extra zu zahlen, Parkplatz €8 pro Tag. Liegen am Pool werden schon um 7 Uhr morgens von all den deutschen Senioren belegt, die etliche Wochen hier verbringen. Außer bei Pflege des Außenbereichs wird überall an Personal gespart.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Service sehr freundlich. Man geht auf die wünsche der Gäste ein . Die Zimmer sehr gut und sauber . Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, was der Sauberkeit und dem Service keinen Abbruch tut. Das Essen ist im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr viel besser geworden. Ich komme gerne wieder . Aber jetzt genieße ich erstmal meinen Urlaub .

Es ist für uns über Jahre die beste Wahl gewesen und wird es auch bleiben. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und so wird es auch BLEIBEN. freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und Anlage. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandnah und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Tägliche Animation wird geboten

Ein schönes Hotel, nahe am Strand und zum Ort, mit einer wunderschönen sehr gepflegten Pool- und Gartenanlage. Saubere , großzügige Zimmer. Nur freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Küche gibt sich große Mühe, allen Anforderungen der Gäste zu genügen.
