Property was very good, no interaction with staff so could not rate them. Other guest should have had I bit off thought for other guest and not partied till early hours, very in considerate. Bed was comfortable but pillows should be replaced.

The single rooms are just the same as those we have at our mine site, except there is an overpriced snack selection! We were told that our motorcycles could not be parked undercover, despite there being plenty of room and it rained very heavily overnight. When we were packing to leave, the managers walked passed, but did not acknowledge us at all. The laundry was unfinished and the light switch was not secure. The shower was hot though!

Entering to the assigned unit for some elderlies is hard to manage, using the automatic key dispenser. The use of machine for late time enter might be possible but not for people who arrive late in the afternoon. Having a “face” to talk to, after driving for a long time to get to the hotel, is a positive gesture towards the arriving guests.

service was non existant - room was like a shipping container - no soap - hot tap had cold water - cold tap had hot water- no parking spot for car- If I new what I know after spending a night - I would have never booked a room

Best hotel bed have slept in for years. The room on ground floor was renovated and thus had a new feel. Room had appliances and enough utensils to allow us to eat in on a rainy night. Large bathroom and shower with plenty towels. Good location close to shops and some dining. Big Carpark. Grounds need a little work, however pool area looks welcoming. Well done Hive Hotel.
