皇宮非常氣派，第一次住到這裏的感覺真的超乎想象了，進門需要安檢，安保措施也很好，服務態度也挺不錯，我沒有遇到不好的問題，推薦

Это ну совсем не 5 звезд.
Номер в принципе чистый, но пятна на мебели все портят. Очень хорошо слышится звук метро. Бокалов в номере нет.
Завтрак на 2. Выбор очень маленький. Он же ресторан на 2. Есть можно, но откровенно еда отвратительная.
Ставлю + только за спа и чудесных девочек-таек, которые приводят спину в чувства, да и расположение. Все же место историческое.
Все остальное - совсем плохо. Есть с чем сравнить. Если уж стремимся к европейскому уровню цен, то тогда и качество делайте соответствующим. Допустим, во Вьетнаме за такую цену получаешь прекрасный номер в Марриоте, где и вкусно, и персонал улыбчивый, и чистота царит.
