Misschien even de voorgeschiedenis. Juist voor de coronacrisis waren we te gast in dit hotel, daar we ook het jaar tevoren hier enkele nachten doorgebracht hadden. Na de eerste nacht voelde ik me echt ziek en besloten we naar huis te rijden, de rekening voor het ganse verblijf, 3 nachten was reeds betaald en we hebben daar ook niet over gediscussieerd. We hadden van dit verblijf nog 2 GUTSCHEINE op zak en waren deze week nogmaals aan de Moezel. Dus wij naar het bovenstaande hotel met de vraag of we deze GUTSCHEINE konden inwisselen, zijnde 2 tassen koffie en 2 stukken taart. Ze hoorden het blijkbaar in Keulen donderen en vonden dat dit niet kon, ze vroegen zelf welk ons kamernummer was toen we hier logeerden. Enfin, we zijn rechtop gekeerd om verdere discussies te vermijden. Er is toch 1 principe en dat is , waarvoor je betaald hebt dat mag je ook verteren, wanneer speelt weinig rol, tenzij er een tijdslimiet op de GUTSCHEINE stond en dat was niet zo. Dus dankzij de fantastische reactie van de patron zien ze ons niet meer, men weze gewaarschuwd

Das Essen kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da wir 20 Minuten darauf gewartet haben die Karte zu bekommen und dann hungrig weiter gezogen sind. Das Restaurant war nur halb gefüllt und es waren genügend Kellner verfügbar. Wahrscheinlich hatte man keine Lust Geld zu verdienen!?

Fantastically nice and cozy hotel in the middle of the most beautiful nature. Large rooms that are nicely clean and a very good restaurant with delicious food at reasonable prices. We had a dog with us, and it was very welcome. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. It is a hotel we would very much like to return to.

Had me er niet zoveel van voorgesteld ivm bikerhotel echter was positief verrast. OK er ligt overal zeil op de vloer en dat is gehorig als er iemand langs loopt maar dat viel alleszins mee. Fijne grote kamer, schoon, goed onderhouden, goede matrassen en douche met stevige straal warm water. Heerlijk geslapen! De TV heeft maar 10 zenders echter de WiFi is erg goed. De lampjes op het nachtkastje hebben elk 2x USB, erg handig! Sfeervol eten in "de Schuur" waar het erg gezellig is en sfeervol verlicht. Het eten was erg lekker, vooral voor- en nagerecht. Het buffet was ook in orde echter de aardappelkroketjes waren al koud en ik had de laatste groenten (broccoli) terwijl ik toch op tijd (19uur) aan tafel ging. Blijkbaar moet je direct om 18uur aanschuiven om van het volledige buffet te kunnen genieten. Ontbijt is top, maar zonder croissants en cappuccino. Personeel is vriendelijk, ik ga er beslist weer terug. Nadeel voor de motorrrijders: geen overdekte stalling voor de motoren

Das Hotel liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, direkt am Wanderweg zur Burg Eltz. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. Zum Hotel gehört auch eine Konditorei und ein Café. Das Frühstücks - und Abendbüffet sind super. Die Vorspeise und die Nachspeise werden am Tisch serviert . Die Weinberatung von der Moselweinkarte war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Einziger Nachteil: Mein Handy mit 1&1 hat dort keinen Empfang. Dafür wird mann dort dann auch nicht gestört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bezahlung mit meiner Kreditkarte hat gut funktioniert.
