Econo Lodge Mosses Lake

When I reserved it said there was a pool and breakfast, neither were available. Though all apps and sites advertise these, except their website. Let’s be honest no one really uses hotel websites. Whomever does their media is slacking. When I got in the room the floor was so dirty my feet were black after an hr. As well as there were dead flies all over. Though I had to kill several myself, they were annoying and kept getting in the room somehow. Their were giant holes in the wall not fixed from the towel holder. Also it says it’s safe but I experienced a lot of druggies knocking on my door and people that were sketchy just sitting out by my door. I didn’t feel safe at all. The shower curtain had spiders in it, which tells me it’s never been cleaned. the bed was really hard and stiff as well. I was gone all day, and came back to someone had been in the room, there was a streak of something on the door and lights were on. Neither of which is how I left it. Their were people fixing cars The whole time that weren’t in good condition anyway. The only good thing about that stay was the woman that checked me in. She was nice and helpful. I’ve worked for this company and been in hotels 15yrs as a AGM, this was not how I’d run my hotel nor how I’d keep my rooms. I will not stay here again or recommend it.

It was a good place to stay the manager here is awesome she there to help when needed and always there when needed to be found if needed anything. It’s a clean facility rooms well kept up and what I like the most is that there is no drama out up with.

I stayed here about 6 months ago and it was terribly active and loud in the parking lot. I came this year and it's like a total 360 and it felt comfortable safe and it was quiet. the manager was very helpful in exchanging my sheets when I asked her to and even brought them up for me. I slept through the entire night like a baby on those comfortable beds. However the blankets could do a little upgrading!
