Veldig hyggelig sted å bo, med nærhet til det meste. Feks vestens lengste trapp, zipline, og finne fjell. At det ligger sentralt plassert i byen er jo heller ingen ulempe!

Very nice hotel with perhaps the best hotel breakfast I've ever had in very cozy surroundings.. The room was, however, a bit tired and the shower corner was certainly not pretty.. But I know they have nicer rooms so they can be, I mostly book via 3 partners and many hotels place us in the least attractive rooms... Lovely and polite service and receptionists who do everything to ensure you are comfortable.

Fantastisk fin resepsjon og god service vi fikk ved ankomst. Fikk rom i gamledelen av hotellet. Og tenkte at det ville bli koselig og at det var den sjarmerende delen av rommene. Men følte ikke rommet gjenspeilte hotellet i det heletatt. Hotellet har mye historie som var spennende, men når vi gikk inn på rommet så ble vi møtt av kjedelig 90talls stil. Råtne vinduer, stritapet og et beskjedent bad. Frokosten var fantastisk. Er alt i alt fornøyd, men satt igjen med en skuffelse over rommet.

Mener jeg betalte ekstra for «historisk» rom; det var det ikke verdt. Rommet var bare gammelt og slitt, ikke historisk fint akkurat. Party på søndag i baren tre etg under, umulig å sovne til bassen fra musikken. Måtte si fra, og fikk da et flott rom i andre enden av hotellet. Dette kunne de gitt oss fra starten av, slik at vi slapp og bytte, siden de visste det skulle være fest der. Deilig frokost

Rommet var kjølig/kaldt da vi kom. Det hjalp ikke stort å skru på radiatorene. Ei bordlampe på skrivepulten hadde gjort rommet mye koseligere. Har bodd på Fru Haugan mange ganger tidligere og har trivdes med det,men denne gangen skuffet. Vinduene hadde kanskje fortjent å bli skiftet ut. Kanskje det hadde gjort rommet varmere.?
