Bad quality food, the menu delivered was cold even though it was supposed to come warm. Very impolite personnel. Will never step into the restaurant anymore. The waitress forgot to bring a big part of our order. She bumbled something about being sorry, but the experience was totally a bad customer experience

This place was suggested to us by the travel agency. Here we could have eaten typical dishes of Romanian cuisine. The experience was not the best: no interaction with the staff, in the end we ate a chicken broth and the cold cuts and cheese platter requested was on par with the breakfast you find in a hotel ... the price for what we ate decidedly inadequate. Only the beer was good

This is a nice place to look at. The room was clean and the site was well maintained. My only issue was with the burned out light bulbs in the room that were never checked and the person at the front desk who flatly refused to make a breakfast reservation for us. I have never, in over 1500 hotel stays around the world, been refused a breakfast reservation simply because someone did not want to accomodate my request. In the end another employee helped us and we scheduled breakfast for the next morning. The breakfast was very delicious. It was not rancy but very tasty with a plate of cheeses, meats and vegetables to go with the eggs and coffee/tea and bread.
I would stay here again. It is, overall, a nice place.
