We loved our location with a view of the rain forest. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging tours and recommendations for shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay in Port Douglas. It's not really a hotel, but holiday villa apar**ents, with in-room laundry machines and a great kitchen and living room area. Mine was a 1-bedroom unit but I assume they would have larger apar**ents for families. It had a great veranda, as well as a nice pool and bbq area where we cooked out one night to share time with friends. I also golfed next door at the Palmer Sea Reef course and received a discount for being a guest at this property, Would definitely recommend.

It was great, exactly what I needed. Clean room, it can use an update though (don’t like the carpet for hygiënic reasons). Friendly staff, a list with restaurants, beautiful quiet environment and Nespresso coffee available in the room :)

It was perfect for us close to the golf the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The grounds and pool was beautiful the apar**ent we had was extremely nice. The resort location was ideal close to everything and short distance away from the main drag.

Very friendly staff, a great location and easy access to town and facilities. A top up of the tea and coffee daily and towel changes over 4 days would have been good but other than that, no issues!

Our stay was disappointing 😞 we were significantly impacted by a large group of people smoking in the apar**ents below. We were unable to use our balcony because of the amount of smoke, or leave clothes outside. We reported to management, twice, we were met with 'you
should of said something to them, thats what happens in the real world'. We were also informed that the people below were owners and that there was nothing management could do. Needless to say that we felt humiliated by the suggested solution to solve this issue and extremely unsupported as guests in the resort.
