短暫停留一天，酒店距離 Old Bridge 相當近，有捷徑可以從酒店直達老街。房間大且乾淨整潔，晚上相當安靜。
酒店主管相當熱情一直和你聊天，服務員也會幫你搬運行李到房間，退房時會幫你從房間搬運行李到車上。（記得小費）
距離酒店最近的停車場叫做：Parking 5 star。一天12歐元，但停車繳費機器衹能用波士尼亞幣，酒店前台會很貼心的先提醒你且幫你用歐元換成波士尼亞幣，服務滿分!
酒店也提供晚餐，非常道地的波士尼亞美食，魚肉和羊肉 推薦！

總體來説還不錯。check in 放到他們的餐廳裏 可以坐着辦理。
服務小哥，比較靠譜爬上爬下的幫我們辦理。
不過酒店結構複雜，行李要拎着爬樓梯。開門的鎖叫“真空鎖”可複雜了，不好用。
酒店景色不錯！
建議早點定，當天訂不划算。

首先你們要根據是否是國外的訂單，一定要求預訂人確認入住人數，而不是烏龍可以住兩個人的房間到了現場衹可以入住一人，多入住一人需要加錢，尷尬不説怎麼可以發生這麼烏龍事件?位置絕對一流，就是行李要自己上下爬樓梯。不知道四顆星的標準是什麼評定?在中國就是旅館。

Harika bir konumu var. Mostar'ın içinde bir evde kalıyor gibisiniz. İnanılmaz güler yüzlü ve yardım sever bir personele sahip. Yemekler ayrı lezzetli. Arka kapılarından çarşının direk içine çıkıyorsunuz. Tertemiz bir Otel. Tüm seyahat tutkunlarına öneririm.

The Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija is something really unusual. Remember that Mostar is a crush, more crushed than canned sardines, pretty awful really. But in the middle of this world of squeeze, there is this jewel of a hotel. The hotel is perched in the best roost downtown, right by the bridge. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and proactive. Our room was splendid and pragmatically designed albeit that the monster TV was difficult to figure out, but it could be that we are seniors. Fast wifi, yes. Top tier bathroom, yes. The dinner was in a cosy dining room and the food was enjoyable; we really struggle with heavy, meaty Balkan food so “enjoyable” is an accolade. The hotel? Absolute top spot!

The property is in a great location in old town. However, unless you get a top floor room, I would not recommend it. Also, hotel manager, you got me mixed up with another guest in my ******* review, your staff have never given me a room change or any kind of upgrade, nor did I request it. You put me in a room that's in the hallway and I could hear everyone coming and going starting at 6am. The hot water also went out because someone blew an electrical fuse. I get that it is out of the hotel's control, but you could have slipped a piece of paper under the door to inform me so I don't jump in a cold shower. I know that the hotel response is going to be super negative and that it is always going to be the guests' fault because that is how they respond to all the negative comments that are posted on any sites. There are so many great properties in Mostar, I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

Un accueil au top pour commencer. Petit verre et douceur de bienvenue à la terrasse du restaurant pendant qu’on fait le check-in. Une très jolie chambre, calme, grande, aménagée avec goût, et une bonne literie. Nous décidons de réserver le restaurant avec son menu à 27€ pour le soir. En entrée, des crudités. Puis une planche de viande mijotée puis grillée, très tendre, accompagnée de pommes de terre rôties et de légumes grillés. Parts généreuses. En dessert, une pâtisserie orientale, accompagnée de thé ou café au choix. Un menu sans prétention mais gourmand et très copieux. La terrasse est très jolie et très bien située, au bord de la rivière. Le matin, le petit déjeuner est servi en terrasse également, le buffet est varié, œufs, charcuterie,fromage, crudités, céréales, yaourts, fruits frais, pain, pâtisseries, jus … Au moment du check-out on nous offre une petite boîte de gâteaux locaux, petit geste très apprécié. Le tout avec de grands sourires et une franche bonne humeur. Nous recommandons à 100% cet hôtel.
