As my wife has much of her family and friends Mostar, we are relatively frequently visitors to this amazing city. We have tried out several alternative hotels over the years but there are few reasons to go elsewhere than Villa Fortuna. This centrally located, traditionally hotel delivers on comfort and convenience for an affordable price. However, its best asset is the staff. Especially Nela goes above and beyond to ensure her guests wellbeing. We feel that she really anticipates our wishes. Her warmness and easygoing generosity seem to inspire her entire team. At our latest staying in mid-September we were given a well-appointed room at the second floor. The terrace allowed for an unobstructed view of the cityscape. The room itself was not big, but the space was adequate for two persons. The bed had a comfortable mattress and high-quality sheets. There was a small fridge that came in handy for us. As another reviewer mentioned, the lighting is bright, but who stays in the room much anyway? There is a backyard available for guests with a small bar. Here you will find a seating area which provides a cozy and cooler refuge on a warm summer night. In sum Villa Fortuna is a great choice in Mostar. Thank you Nela and colleges for another memorable stay. 😊

This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here. PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.

The key apartment is in the inner lane, which is small and small, so it is not recommended to drive up. The owner of the apartment takes us to park on the side of the road. It's free! 3. There is a one-way street in front of the apartment! ! So if I missed it, you can only re-open and come back. Anyway, I took me around for an hour and I haven't arrived. Breakfast is not provided, but the ancient bridge is nearby, which is very convenient to eat. The bed is a double bed, the sofa can be put down as a temporary bed! 5. The apartment owner is great! ! It is recommended to contact the host first when you arrive. The host may not be in the apartment. If you don't have a phone, you can contact Ctrip customer service for help. This is a very nice hotel which is has an EXCELLENT location. Just a few steps away from the old town and probably a 2-3 min walk to the famous bridge of Mostar. This hotel doesnt have any amenities like a swimming pool or a gym etc. ( I think it doesnt have a guym) but what scores for it are the fantastic location (in the heart of the old town), very friendly and kind owner and free parking. Advantages: Excellent location, free parking, friendly and kind owners, very clean, Disadvantages: If I must mention, then it is the lack of a pool and other big hotel amenities, but then this is not a big hotel :-) The owner who speaks French kept chatting up with us and also kept asking us if everything was okay. Restaurant team member Almira was also very helpful. Asked us what we would like to have for BF in addition to what was available, and mad espme speical cheicken stuff for us. She also gave our her own umbrellas as it was raining. Overall a gfreat choice if you are planning to stay in Mostar.
