DDaniel069I hate to give a bad review but this staff member was probably the worst I ever came across.
Be aware the check in is 10pm - much later than others.
The room itself was fine, very happy and wanted to extend, but the staff member insisted checking out, then coming back at 10pm, even with extension.
When I asked him, he said “it’s not my business”. Terrible attitude. He then tried to charge 20,000 cash for keeping the “free upgrade” I was given. No idea why you give with one hand and take with the other.
Had to complain and argue and even still they refused refund for second day. Took me 3 hours or messaging to get money back. Just avoid. Sadly a great place, location so so but the staff member we dealt with was the worst person I’ve met in Korea.

AautumnsnowyI would highly recommend this hotel for the price & cleanliness. The hotel is simple but conveniently located with 7-11 within 50m and several bus stops within 100m. We were lucky to get level 1 room, so we can easily get the hot water from the dispenser and don't need to drag our luggages up the staircase. The room is very clean, so is the toilet. Bed is hard but conformable. The only pity is lack of a shower screen so the bathroom is always wet after shower. They provide daily housekeeping and daily amenities as well. Check in is a bit confusing (only de 4.30pm-12am) and the WiFi is very weak. But overall a simple and good hotel. 👍

RRedBeastThe room is spacious, and the hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station.
The room is equipped with a mini-fridge, dish sterilizer, hairdryer, personal toiletries, a Jacuzzi, and bathrobes. In the lobby on the 1st floor, there's a water cooler and a coffee machine.
On the downside:
• The decor is a bit dated – the wallpaper in the room is peeling, and the furniture is worn.
• There's some kind of plastic mattress protector on the bed, which makes sleeping uncomfortable; the sheets stick to your skin, and the mattress rustles.
• Only small towels are provided; there are no large ones.
• A karaoke bar (noraebang) is located in the adjacent building, which can be noisy at night, especially on weekends.
I recommend this hotel for short stays if the mentioned drawbacks aren't a deal-breaker for you.

GGuest UserI stayed for two nights. Breakfast was generous and just the right amount of food, so I enjoyed a hearty breakfast every morning before heading out to explore. I also enjoyed the many amenities, including the massage chairs. I think I'll stay here again next time I'm in Gyeongju.

BbabypommeI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent, just a short and easy walk to Hwangridan-gil, which was very convenient. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. However, the air conditioning was not as cool as it could be , but the hotel provided a fan. Anyway It was a good experience here in Gyeongju.

GGuest UserThe place was quite clean! The only thing was that we needed to call to confirm what room we were staying in before we received the message so we weren’t able to exactly do a self check in but the room number was received right away after calling once we arrived.
You’ll need a car if you’re staying here since it’s a little farther from the main city spots but we would definitely come again for a clean and easy experience.

또또간다여행Trash and hair greeted me as soon as I entered, but overall it was clean.
The bathroom was clean, had a sunflower shower and no bathtub, so it was easy to use. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was disposable toothpaste, toothbrush, and hair dryer.
There was a fan and air conditioner, but I didn't use the air conditioner because it didn't seem to be used yet. There were 2 canned drinks and 3 bottles of water in the fridge, and there were cup ramen and tea. I woke up to the sound of cleaning in the morning..
Gyeongju World is within walking distance.
There are many trees, so there is plenty of shade on the way.
If you really hate the heat, go by car.

The water pressure of the shower is very high
You don't need to swipe a card to enter or leave the room, but use a key. The lock on the door is a bit difficult to lock...
There is no wardrobe here, but there are hangers!
