SSiew KhimCharis the host is very friendly very responsive and helpful! It’s a great stay. The sofa bed is too soft and spring, not too good to sleep on.
We wanted to cycle for 20 minutes along the lake but it cost $10 for an hour so we decided not to since we don’t have enough time.

Mmiss_faintUnexpectedly, this was the most satisfying motel of our two-week North Island trip. Initially, we changed our itinerary, resulting in two separate bookings for three nights in different room types. The friendly white lady at the front desk upgraded our room so we didn't have to change rooms for three nights. The motel had a first-row lake view, a central location, and was only a 2-minute walk from the airport and McDonald's. Everything was well-equipped, with an oven, exhaust fan, and tableware… everything was clean and tidy. Finally, the owners also helped us resolve a small issue we had while grilling steak. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone.

LLangjitianyabuhuitouThe hotel enjoys an excellent location right on the shores of Lake Taupo, with the prominent 'Lake Taupo' sign just outside – perfect for snapping some photos. They offer Chinese-speaking service, and parking is very convenient. There's a fantastic selection of restaurants nearby, and a large supermarket is only about a 10-minute walk away, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. Our room was spotless, and we enjoyed the wide range of TV channels, especially the sports ones.

GGuest UserSeriously impressed by this little inn: spacious living room; beautiful view of the lake (Room 15); bathroom with a hot tub; well-equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, plates, cutleries and even salt and pepper; one balcony attached to each bedroom; two TVs. Check-in and check-out were smooth and took less than a minute, with no questions asked. Better than many 5 star hotels in terms of the facilities and space one gets.
Possible improvements: spider webs can be removed from the balconies; a net can be installed so that insects don't crawl in when doors or Windows are opened.

AAlice BunGreat hotel stay with complete amenities for self cook dinner, located by the lake front with breathtaking sunset set view! And we have new pets for the day, cutie cat welcome us to Accent!
Overall is great except for the insulation around the house not strong enough as it can be quite cold during night ….
Highly recommended for families and groups of friends enjoy the stay here.

CCanadian wandererThis motel is a basic 3 star facility. The carpet was a bit worn and the bed comfort was okay but could be better. Location is about a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to shopping and good restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk, but a good Sandy beach would be a 5 minute drive. Nothing fancy but a good value for the price paid.

TTab KOThe room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. There wasn't a lot of parking, but the bathroom and room were both very clean. It's close to tourist attractions and very convenient for getting around.

GGuest UserVery good, very good car hotel, very clean, bath water is very good, the boss also prepares coffee, tea, coco, as well as milk, sugar. The room can accommodate 2 adults and one child. The quilt is thick and thin and sleeps well.
