Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, wie überhitztes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss und einer unschönen Überraschung im Doppelbett bzw. Kopfkissen bei der Ankunft. Wurde uns nach Rücksprache mit Geschäftsleitung anstandslos ein gleichwertiges Zimmer zugeteilt. Desweiteren wurde uns ein finanzieller (ohne Aufforderung) Ausgleich direkt angeboten! Das Hotel war sehr gut belegt und hätte nicht in dieser vorbildlichen Weise welche wir so nicht erwartet hätten, reagieren müssen! Freundlichkeit, Reinlichkeit, Lage des Hotels und der Mitarbeiter können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dejligt ophold med en virkelig skøn beliggenhed. Smukt om vinteren, men vi vil gerne prøve at være her om sommeren. Ligger helt ned til en sø. På vej til Prag fra Danmark er det her hotel et perfekt pitstop, som vi helt sikkert vælger igen.

Licht und Schatten: sehr freundliches Personal, die Speisen im hoteleigenem Restaurant sehr schmackhaft und reichhaltig. Wartezeiten dagegen überlang. Etwas eng im Wintergarten. Weiterhin besuchten wir Abends die Bar neben der Rezeption, man sah uns reingehen. Nach 10 Minuten fragte ich nach, da wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass diese wegen Personalmangel geschlossen ist. Warum dazu kein Hinweis und warum schaute man uns beim Reingehen dann zu? Die Zimmer waren sauber, eine Flasche Wasser wurde jeden Tag eingestellt. Es waren aber keine Gardinen und auch keine Verdunkelung vorhanden - Schlafmaske mitnehmen! Wasser im Pool war noch ungeheizt, der Monteur sollte es kommen. Keine Telefone mehr vorhanden, jeder hat heute sein Handy dabei. Also noch etwas zu tun, bis es echt gut ist aber man sei auf den Weg, wurde mir gesagt und am Thema Personal wird auch gearbeitet (lustig: Personalsuche auf dem WC angeschlagen). Das Aussengelände war sehr gepflegt, ich könnte mir vorstellen, daß es im Sommer noch schöner ist.

As a former customer from two decades ago I knew the hotel as very comfortable modern (since reunification) lodgings in a delightful lakeside setting, and was pleased to find little has changed.
