This was the 3rd time we went there for a 2-week stay, with complete confidence, and delighted to return. Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke, and after several attempts to restore it, we ended up spending 24 hours in an oven in the middle of a heatwave, before changing rooms. In short, the 15 minutes available to IBIS to resolve a problem were well exceeded!!! Worse: on the day of departure, the bosses turned a deaf ear for not granting us the free night, i.e. €109 (see IBIS regulations) which was due to us, following the major problem encountered. This is pure false advertising (see attached photo). I also sent a detailed letter to IBIS: no response for 3 months! We liked IBIS, but more and more, it is certain that IBIS is relying on a reputation of the past. We have decided to no longer go to IBIS, the competition is now doing much better. Damage !
