With one exception the staff were really lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is desperate for a refurb and carpets need a deep clean. Food was mostly ok. The air con in the meeting rooms was way too high as the temperature outside was low so take a jumper. My colleague had a sentimental item stolen from her room one evening and I had a man try to enter my room with keys on the final evening. Access to gym/pool facilities was a bonus but they do not provide towels and it was absolutely filthy.

Unfortunately as we arrived we were told at reception desk we weren’t allowed to use the pool as we were female and it was a males day. Had this been communicated to us before hand we could have stayed in a different hotel where we could use a pool. The reason I stayed in the hotel as it has a pool and to be told we could use the pool tomorrow,unfortunately due to attending a conference we were unable to do this. The reservation has been booked for a while,I feel we could have been informed before we arrived and be given the opportunity to a refund and stay somewhere else.
The rooms were comfortable and clean.
I was a returning customer,however due to experience I will be staying in a different hotel next year.

Feels like an office block on an industrial estate.Previous guest had drunk all tea in the room and it had not been replaced by staff.It made me wonder what else they hadn’t done?Bathroom reminded me of a hospital bathroom.Nice view of some bins out of window. Noisy all night long with people shouting on the corridors.Breakfast was a queue of 300 people. The queue went out of the “restaurant” down the corridor and round a corner.I asked at reception why there was such a big queue and she said “It is like this when we have a big group in” and suggested I could “get a taxi into town for a McDonald’s” if I didn’t want to queue!I would rather sleep rough in the streets, than stay in this place.

Mate the best jacuzzi you'll ever get It has pool, sauna ,steam room and gym, Hotel is really good for the money you'll pay plus parking is fantastic and free Service is 10/10 And we got free breakfast Thank you can't wait to visit again soon

The place is easily accessible. However, the floor carpets in the bedrooms would do with changing. Locking system needs upgrading, having to physically carry the key around can be a pain. To share 1 key yet sharing a room is a pain.
