The picture and actual hotel is different. Water is dripping from ceiling. Hygiene was poor. There is no buffet breakfast. Room is very small. Taps were broken bed-sheets were torn. Really pathetic situation.

If you're travel-ling for abu don't stay there. Services arr worst. Telephone is not working in rooms. And if you are telling the hotel ***agement they will say i'll look into it. But they will not do anything about that. For every time you have to go to the reception for giving any orders and all. If ask for scooter and other services they will charge double from market price. For every single need to have to go to the reception area. Worst experience ever the charges of the hotel doesn't match with services.

Rooms are ok, clean but there were small insects in room. Service is terrible as there is severe staff shortage and for food, had to wait 30 mins even though we were the only customer. For water in room, had to call 3 times and wait 20 mins. So its strictly bufget hotel with very limited expectation of service

Floors are not cleaned properly, wierd kind of smell is all around the lobby. Staff members are not available most of the time. Whatever you ask for, they don't have it or they can't arrange it. I will rate 1. 5/5
