I encountered some problems during the holidays, but the customer service was very diligent in listening to my suggestions and was very sincere in solving the problem. For me, it also met my expectations. Change is also part of traveling, not to mention that it is a matter of the other hemisphere. Haha [grin]

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at the hotel, the prawn steaks and pickled cabbage dumplings at the buffet are the best. When there are many people, you need to make a reservation in advance. There are two time periods for dining. Children under 15 years old are half price.

The worst accommodation experience during this trip to New Zealand’s South Island! The viewing suite booked three months ago has been sold and the order number has been received, but the notice was intercepted three days before the trip. After checking in, I discovered that the difference is not a little bit different!

Great hotel. The location is excellent, the floor-to-ceiling windows have beautiful views, and there are many tourist attractions nearby. It is suitable for families, couples, and other types of travel.

The room is very old and looks like it was decorated in the 1990s. Except for the view of Mount Cook from the room, the other facilities are not worth the high df price! It’s very cold at night. If you come to Mount Cook to walk the trails, you can consider finding accommodation in nearby Twizel, which is more cost-effective!

The only large hotel in Mount Cook. The hotel facilities are very complete. The view from the room is very good. You can directly see the beautiful scenery of Mount Cook. The hotel has a large parking lot and parking is convenient.

There is a huge gap between the price booked on Trip.com and the official website. A friend told the official website that the price of $760 includes a room at Mount Cook, three guests plus dinner for three guests, so the total for one night is only $760. However, we booked the same room for three adults and one child, which only included breakfast for four guests, and the price was nearly $25,000. Can you explain the reason why your website is almost twice as expensive? It’s really, really expensive and really insincere.

The price-performance ratio is definitely not high. This is the only option. The window view is indeed beautiful. It is very close to the starting point of the tourist project. Most of them even gather at this hotel. The room size is okay, but the front desk clerk is not friendly and doesn't feel like he knows the hotel where he works. The buffet was very average, not much choice, not worth it, but there are no other choices here in Mt Cook.
