Elevation Hotel & Spa

This hotel is in the best location for the slopes. The hotel is dated, the elevators were working on and off. The hotel offers great activities for kids, arcade with cool claw machines, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, and alright restaurants. The rooms were decently cleaned. Sheets were clean but walls had gunk in some places.

I advise anyone researching to stay here with your dog to stay FAR away. Not only is the hotel rife with additional fees, they require animals never be left unattended, and trust me, they are WATCHING. It’s quite creepy: we went with a group of friends and at 5pm our friend got multiple calls from the hotel stating they had received noise complaints of their dogs barking. The hotel voided their hotel keys so in order to get back in, they had to visit the front desk to be scolded and threatened with a $250 fine if they get one more noise complaint. Remember how I mentioned all these additional fees? $35 per pet per day. So if you plan on skiing and bringing your animal, skip this hotel! And for the management who responds to these stories, please rescind your “pet friendly hotel” amenities. Your hotel is neither pet-allowed, nor FRIENDLY.

Slopes easily accessible. Ski storage/attendant nice feature. Nice lobby and bar and great to have a restaurant on site. Lots of space on lower lobby level for your personal gatherings. Facility is showing wear; things often don't work ie coffee pot, safe, jacuzzi jets have no power. While staff will address items when brought to attention, they obviously need a better "check list" for house keeping staff. They should work when you arrive. Also having two out of four elevators down during key times (check-in/check-out) makes for long wait times and packed elevators. For what you pay there should be a higher level of quality.

Our stay was wonderful, the convenience of the lift right outside is awesome! The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bus to town is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient for dinning in town. It runs every 15 minutes. They do live music in the lobby bar every afternoon. There is a nice gym, with plenty of amenities for multiple people to work out, pool tables and ping pong tables are available for use. Our only complaint was that the indoor hot tubs could be warmer. All and all we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic location right next to the lifts Staff were great across the board: valet, spa, ski valet etc. Pool and hot tub are pretty basic though and really the only downside of our stay- time for an upgrade!

Hotel had a lot of family friendly stuff to do. Unfortunately we were not able to check in early. When we got to our room there was a strong smell of bleach. The smell lasted through the night. Overall the stay was nice. We enjoyed the closeness to the ski hill.

Hotel dated, dusty, loud. Room had so much dust I was sick day 1 and remained sick entire trip. Like that it’s super close to lifts.

I was blown away by how great the amenities were, the size of my room & how close you were to ski and ski out. With a restaurant on site & Aprés directly underneath my balcony. It was fantastic. The price was one of the best I’ve had in any ski trip. And we do 2 Rockies trips per year.
