Loved the room. Simple but impressive. The shower was large and clean, with plenty of complimentary body wash and shampoo.
Tea and coffee supplied, pleasant surprise to have plunger coffee on offer in the room. Nice touch..

Property is very clean and comfortable. Super comfy beds. Arriving after 9pm is a bit of a pain, but the hotel communicated this to me in advance and I knew what to expect.
The biggest problem for me was the TV in the room. It offered me hundreds of Internet TV channels on subjects ranging from sports & news to flower arranging and even a channel dedicated to Deal or No Deal, but I couldn't access regular TV. No channel 7, 9, 10, ABC etc. Very frustrating. It was a Samsung TV and I have two of these at home so I'm familiar with the interface, but it looked like they had locked me out of the regular channels.

Property is lovely. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very clean.
The only problem is when you check in after 9pm. Noone picks up the phone to assist as reception is closed and the main gate is also closed.
It will be easier if the reception before closing tell the customers security number to call. Security assist but they are not always at the main gate and if you haven't been there before, you wouldn't know that there is another way to get in.
Also if you have a request just call as if you message the property, you will never get the reply back.
Rest it is a great place to stay.
