Good stayed, clean hotel and great facilities, comfortable bed, always had a good sleep and clean room , all the staff are great always smile and helpful, great location , walking distance to train stations, shopping mall and restaurants. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay at Novotel Hotel again in future.

The restaurant was a bit expensive. Needed more toiletries.

On arrival, we we're greeted by the assistant manager who decided as im a loyal customer and regular, he upgraded our room. Everytime i come you always feel welcome. Looking forward to our next visit in October

Even though it had a very good parking it was difficult to find in google maps. Had to struggle to come into the Parking. Apart from that the hotel was wonderful for iur stay
