I recently booked a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Mt Laurel for a wedding. It was a disaster. The groom elected early check-in and was not given that courtesy, and I was not allowed to enter my room or check in because I did not have a bank card that stated my name, even though I paid in advance. I was not even given the option of cancelling my reservation when that unexpected problem occurred. The staff were difficult and rude, and when I explained what was going on the response a manager gave me was "Think of this place as an airplane, there are no refunds". That was highly unprofessional and it was dismissive. I will not allow any of my colleagues, business partners, or family members to book another Hilton. I would like my $200 refund
