Hotel is neat and clean, just wish there was a microwave and small refrigerator

Room was not too clean. Fitted sheet didn't fit on bed. Late Maid service. Standard rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators.

Rooms could be cleaner. No refrigerator & microwave in standard rooms. Good service & staff.

Okay for the price.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I entered the room, it was unclean and clearly had not been properly maintained. There were ants crawling on the bed and walls, the bed sheets appeared dirty, and the room temperature was 93 degrees, making it nearly impossible to be comfortable. I immediately brought these issues to the staff’s attention, but instead of resolving the situation, they refused to provide a refund. This level of cleanliness and customer service is unacceptable, especially when guests are paying for a safe and comfortable place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. I hope management and corporate take these concerns seriously and improve. The manager Paras Patel needs to get fired she was very rude and disrespectful. I demand my refund!!!

Deplorable room conditions. Stained mattress pad, burn holes in bedspread, dresser without handles, front of microwave and refrigerator covered in God knows what, filthy,paint peeled walls and interior doors. Red Roof Inn rewards member given a room that should have been kept for the rent by the hour clientele that the place looks like it caters to.

We walked into the room and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. No remote for the tv. Turned on water and the faucet fell sideways. Bed had only sheets on it. No WiFi. Called about smell and the manager came and started spraying some sort of spray in a bottle into the air conditioner. Was just gross….handed back the room key and found another hotel ‍♀️
