Filthy tub, no toilet paper,no tissues available, TV worked on and off. Safe was not operable. Elevators were very spotty and one not working at all. The area outside entrance littered with cigarette butts

Please avoid this place! No ice machines on the various floors. Place is old. Bathroom was one of the worst I have ever came across. We were promised breakfast, big fat zero. Noisy place. Only plus, nice views from the window if you like WaWa and Route 73!

Well Where can I Start.. Nasty terrible smell like urine… my room door wouldn’t lock… they won’t me to stay in the room until they can get it fixed the next day.. I refuse to do that… Temperature outside was about 45 degrees they had no heat was told there is any heat at this time..freezing cold inside… Very Noisy Doors Slamming all night long… People arguing late night… sounds like you in the same room with the people next to you …. Don’t be fool by the front Lobby because this place use to be the Wyndham Hotel Resort.. was very nice then now this place is the pits…. Nasty place… believe don’t waste your time or money… I haven’t seen not one housekeeper around… No one is cleaning anything… Really it 🫣 meaning half of a star …

DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. This hotel and it’s staff it’s terrible. I booked a one night stay, and 4 hours into the night the room started to smell like an animal had died in the room. I checked all over the room and could not located the smell. When I called the front desk to speak about the smell and ask for a room change, the staff showed me a room with no refrigerator, air conditioner, or microwave! The front desk staff refused to offer another room for the stay, so I decided to leave and ask for a refund because of the inconvenience. Instead of contacting management about the refund, the front desk staff attempted to only give me half of the money spent back. She also demanded that I wait for an hour for the checking out email. How can you expect a customer to wait an hour with no where to go or stay the night? When confronted with this issue the front desk began to make smart remarks towards my company and I. Maria Bazirto is extremely unprofessional and rude. If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. Disgusting service, rooming, and workers

Checked in June 30th, 2022. Was given a room that TV did not work. Sent to second room where that TV did not work either. Went to third room and same problem. Ice machines on all floors broken. You have to go to front desk for ice. Resturant and pool are both closed. There is a trailer at entrance of hotel grilling food. This hotel should be a one star hotel. Checked out the same night and was told my money would be refunded. It is now July 16th and no refund. No one answers the phone at hotel when you call most of the time.

This place is outdated.When we first entered the room it had a musty smell, the carpet is dirty. Luckily I bring my own cleaning supplies.Wifi and cable is non existent it was hit or miss. We had our laptop and Ipad just used our hotspot. In order to get ice you must go to the front desk and they give it to you in a plastic bag. We had to call housekeeping and then went to the front desk for an iron it took 45 minutes for it to be sent to our room. Staff was polite but no resolution to our problems with our room. When I emailed corporate about these concerns, I received a generic email stating “ Thank you for staying with us , hope to see you soon. “ We will not stay there or recommend anyone to stay there. Please do not spend your hard earned money staying there. If this is how Clarion Hotels / Choice Hotels are managed I will not stay at any of their facilities.

We were suppose to be at the Fairfield but because on renovations we were moved to this hotel. I would not recommend it at all. No ice machines, no coffee no breakfast all things we were suppose to get at the Fairfield. On the very last day of our stay we were told we could have driven over to the Fairfield for breakfast. On the last day!!
