We have visited this resort several times and have been very happy. Had not been in awhile so decided to stop over on a business trip on my way home. What a disappointment was room 305 which apparently is "privately owned". Private or not it should be up to the resorts standards. Reception was not too friendly and accommodating. Once I noticed one or two faults they just kept on popping up. Torn Duvet cover, toilet paper which the cat got hold of, loose tiles, missing grouting, broken heat rail, bedside lamp that buzzed so loud it was scary, wall switch completely loose, rusty old fan, broken and very old blinds - strings did not work, fridge in a bad state, kitchen cupboard broken and held together with tape, dirty marked walls, loose binding on chair and lastly a notice in lift, "if lift doors don't open, don't panic", ...ok enough said.
