Was given the Apartments instead of staying in the Main Events side. Disturbing neighbours throughout the night. Curtain windows were see through.

Thanks so much to the staff at the windmill hotel. They got us a family room at very short notice when we unexpectedly had to come to town. Everyone was very nice, caring and helpful. The room was nice and clean and Brekky was great. Thanks again.

Beds are like sleeping on a big fluffy cloud, I had the best nights sleep ever. Beautiful meal, lovely staff and amazing service. Little family of ducks on the water outside was just the cutest! Thank you for making my partners birthday extra special.

Excellent location if you’re travelling north. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Well appointed. Easy parking. Quiet. Close to shopping complex. Excellent value for money. This will be our go to hotel if travelling through Mackay again.
