Excellent location, very nice staff and very clean facilities.  Bed excellent! 

The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable. 24 hour service at the front desk is wonderful, but twice we needed something and they were elsewhere, probably helping others. It’s convenient to the road to Charleston, and we’d recommend it… unless you need handicap parking . Illegal parking by others with no placard twice. Notifying the front desk got us an apology. Bad design, poor service to those that need assistance.

Oh how I wish my first apartment had been this nice. The ceilings are high, the bed a king, the kitchen full, and with a sofa and office desk. The folks checking us in were great. On the evening we were there they were serving free Asian food featuring meatballs, vegetables, and egg rolls. The breakfast was hearty. Highly recommended.

The location is great as you are only 15 minutes away from downtown Charleston, but without the high cost of staying downtown Charleston. The room was large with a kitchen with a full-size fridge, couch, and dresser with TV. The bed was SO comfortable with both foam and feather pillows. The bathroom was a good size, with the sink separate from the toilet/shower area. The room was very clean. The breakfast had several choices: omelettes, sausage, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, various juices, teas and coffees. We would definitely stay here again. If you want to visit Charleston, this is an excellent option for a hotel!

Hotel was safe and convenient, but rooms are worn, dated, and not as clean as I would have expected. Furniture is worn and ragged. TVs are old-school and don’t have streaming options. Kitchen was greasy on some surfaces. Appliances, walls, bathroom, doors were worn and scuffed. Lightbulbs were burnt out in kitchen and bedroom. Bed had huge sunken area from overuse. I don’t criticize often - but this hotel was just ok. Not a great option if you really want a nice room/suite. Very safe and convenient to Charleston and amazing restaurants. Parking was good. Would probably not stay here again…it just felt shabby and not spotless.

The housekeeping and service staff was so kind. I stayed for 3 nights with my 5 children because of an ice storm. 2 are medically fragile. Breakfast was great, the den downstairs was an huge perk. Everything was very clean. Only one thing made me remove a star. Every day i asked for a pack n play and was given a different story. My 2 year old didn’t sleep well and that made the trip much harder than it had to be. They told me they were all taken the first night. A family down the hall with a baby left on the first day and i mentioned it and they said they’d have housekeeping look but never called me back. Then they said they might have one in a closet. I called several times a day every day and kindly requested. They never followed up. Ever. And always had an excuse. The room was excellent and comfortable.
