Hyatt Place Mount Pleasant Towne Centre

The hotel was clean, breakfast was not good. Everything else was as expected.

Excellent location and service. I would stay here again for sure. The location was supreme. There were so many restaurants and areas for shopping. It was a rainy weekend, and I was very grateful for the covered parking garage.

This was my first time staying at this hotel but will not be my last. The location was wonderful, being able to walk to various shops and restaurants. There's also a theater right next to the hotel for entertainment. It's also very convenient to downtown Charleston, about 15-20 minutes. The free parking and breakfast were very convenient and the breakfast was a little better than the average tasteless hotel breakfast. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, clean and very modern which I always love! The only complaints I had were that my room was across from the elevator which was very noisy but also my room was facing the trash dumpsters and it ran very early so woke me up in the middle of the of night. I'd recommend avoiding both room locations if possible. I will definitely stay again for future travels to the area.

Downtown Charleston was an easy access from hotel. Multi restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast was good.

Manager asleep at desk in a blanket when I had to go down to ask about a usb charger. Was given no assistance. When tried to complain to a different manager I was arrested. I stayed at Hyatt roughly 35 days that year and was treated like garbage due to being a tattooed female. They have still to make it right. Hilton from here out for me!

Had a fabulous time at this hotel! Fantastic front desk attention front Parker. We loved the breakfast spread and proximity to great shopping and restaurants.

Convenient walk to restaurants, shops and movie theater. Big city appeal. Only negative is the worst water pressure in shower.
