Hyatt House Charleston/Mount Pleasant

Our stay at the Hyatt House was very good. The location is conveniently located in a quiet area of MT Pleasant with shops within walking distance. It is also only 10 minutes from historical downtown Charleston. The staff at the hotel from housekeeping, to the breakfast team were all exceptionally friendly and attentive. Dominique and Dani who were on front desk duty were the icing on the cake, as they were very hospitable, and knowledgeable about the Charleston area, always ready to assist us whenever we needed assistance. We are looking forward to staying again, with the hopes of having a wider selection of cable TV channels, and the option to use our Netflix account.(It seemed that BET as well as other channels were scrambled with the cable provider that The Hyatt House uses).

Great staff, comfortable and quiet room, very clean and well maintained. Very good WiFi and good breakfast selections.

Great location and nicely updated hotel. We spent most of our time being tourist, so this place was great. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. We'd stay here again for sure.

I have stayed at this Charleston Mount Pleasant hotel multiple times. Each time the staff was helpful and pleasant. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is nice.

Short stay but very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay at the Hyatt House again.

My wife and I have been to the Hyatt House many times and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and accommodating from the moment you walk in the door. The hotel and rooms are clean and inviting and the breakfast is an added treat. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Quiet. Lovely king room. Front desk staff helpful and friendly.

The property was beautiful, and clean. Breakfast was good lots of varieties of foods. We supposed to stayed for 3 days but we decided to checked out on the 2 days. We were disspointed because they never pick up the garbages and towels. I had to call customer service and requested a clean towels. Before the clean towel arrive I dropped off dirty one by the door but it was never pick up till we checked out on Saturday morning. I am not sure about the cleaning policy. But we were very dissapointed..
